I will certainly be glad to have Eastin back from his trip to China next week, because these things are serious time sinks when you are making them by yourself. That being said, there is also something satisfying about doing everything yourself from start to finish. Eastin and I have pretty different sensibilities when it comes to art, and while we are learning to meet in the middle more and more, I do enjoy my own sauce now and then.

Well, the whole Ex Inferno storyline is way past the original three strip plan, and it looks like the WWII subplot is going to take two more strips to resolve. We can’t do anything short, I guess. This is getting dangerously close to a frame narrative though which is a thing that I abhor.
